摘要
目的:
本研究旨在探讨酒精和非酒精饮料与膝或髋骨关节炎之间的关系。
方法：
我们开展了一项病例对照研究，研究对象为45-86岁之间有严重临床症状和影像学证据的膝或髋骨关节炎高加索白人患者，对照人群是没有膝或髋骨关节炎的临床或影像学证据的人群。采用面谈及问卷的方式评估研究对象的暴露因素，采用半定量食物频率问卷评估研究对象在21-50岁期间内喝饮料的情况。采用逻辑回归模型评估比值比、调整比值比、95%的置信区间以及P值。
结果：
共例膝骨关节炎、例髋骨关节炎患者和例对照人群被纳入本项研究。多喝啤酒与骨关节炎发生风险增加相关（P≤0.）。与不喝啤酒的人群相比，每周喝20瓶或更多啤酒的人群发生膝骨关节炎和髋骨关节炎的调整的风险比分别是1.93和2.15。相反，多喝白酒与膝骨关节炎发生风险降低有关（P0.）。与不喝白酒的人群相比，每周喝4-6杯和每周喝7杯以上的膝骨关节炎患者调整后的比值比分别为0.55和0.48。非酒精饮料与膝或髋骨关节炎之间没有发现相关性。
结论：
喝啤酒似乎是膝和髋骨关节炎发生的危险因素，但喝白酒却与膝骨关节炎的发生呈负相关。具体的机制仅是推测，仍需要进一步研究。
